I am pretty loose with my AI use because it doesn't take much for me to control my e2. What compounds are you planning to run? With a shorter ester I would probably start the AI in week 1

I will be running sust 250 @500/week for 10 weeks possibly 12. So besides the prop, the other esters won't kick in till week 3 if I'm not mistaken. I've got Adex for my on cycle AI. But I also picked up Leto in case I ran into gyno issues. All pharma grade. I have no idea what type do sides I will encounter since its my first run.

Do you start your AI in week 1? I've often read conflicting info. Some like to start at week 2, while others feel you should get your bloods stable from the start for maximum efficiency.

I typically use 12.5 EOD, or 12.5 ED if I notice some estrogenic side effects, or if blood work shows my estradiol is high.

If you use aromasin, I would start at 12.5 mg/day, and adjust as necessary. I go every other day because typically I am not very prone to estrogen-related issues

E2 will go pretty high on that proposed cycle. I would use .25mg adex daily minimum. You may need more though.
