So I've been looking at hcg I'm.placing my order next week for everything I need and for a 10 week cycle I need 10k hcg to pin 1k a week right? Is pinning hcg once s week ok or should I split it into 2 500 pins

Every 4 days, with some aromasin or Arimidex during the week to keep estrogen down.

I should explain this more: HCG will keep your testes active, so to speak, while your FSH and LH are suppressed because of AAS use. This is great when you are actively on cycle. However, If you use HCG during PCT, you will continue to suppress your LH and FSH production (this is called negative feedback). PCT is a time when you want to allow your HPTA axis (which includes FSH and LH production) to restart, and many will argue (myself included) that HCG is counterproductive during this time.

So hcg is for the pct not to pin while on cycle?

No. HCG should be used on-cycle, not during pct

I dont mind PCT at all. I never feel shitty and actually get stronger than I was on-cycle.

That's open to debate and up to you bro. I did pct once. clomid made me want to fucking hang myself. And I never felt right after. I knew once I did my second cycle I would not stop taking test. So I waited a year and now here I am HRT for life. I fucking love test. But I'm 37.
