I think if you are going to do the deca, bump it to at minimum 200mg/wk, preferebly 300... You could leave the sust where it is if you want, or run your shots ever 4 or 5 days, so you get 300 to 400mg/wk......

i'd do sust 500 /deca 3-400 per week for 10 weeks.

Mixing them in the same dart want be a problem, but your dosages seem a little low? How many cycles do you have under your belt? and even if you decide to saty with what you've got, I would highly consider some type of oral, like D-bol in your cycle!! (just my opinion)

sust250/100deca mix in same dart sound,for 10wks or should I go with 500sust/100Deca for 8 wks? My Easter basket came today and I'm counting down the days!:D
