You're doing the right thing. Lay off that spot for a month and just rotate among the other quad, glutes, delts, etc. Scar tissue is nothing to mess around with.

To much oil in one spot. It can cause bad problems. Gotta switch sites bro.

I get small lumps every know and then. I believe its because I dont push the needle deep enough or inject to fast.
Hot baths, hot water battle (3 times a day for about 10 mins) and massage helps.

I also had a sterile abscess once, had to use antibiotics to get rid of it.

I figured out that the best way to avoid getting lumps and post injection pains is to place a hot water battle on the injection spot, about 20 mins after the injection. Keep it there for about 10 mins and massage.

theres plenty. Hard to say how long it will take to return to normal, 3 wks
maybe 8 just depends. Seriously though the lump has gotten to size of a fist ouch. Just curious how many times did you pin the same spot brother? Also wish you a speedy recovery. massaging will definitely help it as I've had a few golfball size lumps that went away from rubbing/massaging them out.

I was only hitting the same spot because I was new to it all and it was easier for me to do. Lucky a guy from my gym has helped me out and showed me how it hit other spots. I just didn't know how it would take to go back to normal. Thanks for the input. Much appreciated!!!

I was wondering if this had ever happened to anyone else. When I first started I would only hit my right quad. The other day I noticed a lump about the size of a fist where I hit my quad. I know it's not my gear that caused it. I always am super careful to be clean and don't reuse pins or anything. I went to my doc and he thinks it's just a big knot that has some scar tissue and shit in it. He recommend I get a massage once a week for awhile to see if they can grind it out. It doesn't cause me any pain and it's not red or anything. It's been there for over a month I was jus wondering if this has ever happened to anyone else

Why are u pinning on me spot only. That's the reason you got the knot. It also should hurt. Start hitting other areas and leave ur right quad alone for a few weeks.
