So I was planning on going into PCT in 7-8 weeks, making a total of 35-36 weeks on gear. I did 4 blasts in that time with a few cruises on a very low T-dose to let my lipids/liver get back on track. Now I got enough gear to continue for at least another 20 weeks and I'm still making good gains so obviously I don't want to go off but I'm worried about not recovering as I don't want to go into TRT, don't want to risk infertility and I'm only 25yo.

So the question is; Recovery wise, how much difference would it make if I continued up to like a year as opposed to coming off as planned? I've been on HCG the entire cycle if that matters. Another thing worth mentioning is my T was already very low before I started my first cycle, on the reference range I was below the normal T range for 18-55 year old men so I'm guessing TRT is inevitable at some point...... 🤔

I know the decision is mine in the end but any input is welcome! Thanks bro's 😉

TRT is not inevitable if you come off soon. The longer you go, the more you risk permanent effects. I would personally do it now, but 7-8 weeks is fine.

GS's advice is also solid. Do your PCT and then get bloods a couple of weeks after.

Check out the thread in "Lab testing" on how to get it off insurance (you take that test on your insurance and that test will stay on your medical records, which you might not want if your results come back bad)

You may need a more aggressive PCT than what people normally do for 10-12 week cycles. What are you planning?

If it were me, I would come off as planned in 7-8 weeks, do a proper PCT, and get bloodwork done 4-5 weeks post PCT to see where I stood. If you are not ready to go on TRT yet, and you are concerned about fertility issues, I would take the more conservative course, especially due to the fact that you have be on cycle for so long.

The HPTA is more resilient than some will have you think, and I think your question of "how much difference would it make if I continued up to like a year as opposed to coming off as planned?" is not one that can be answered accurately by anyone. It would be nice to put a percentage, or have some piece of science behind an answer, but you are not going to find that. Hopefully, you will hear some personal experiences from some of the guys here to help you make an informed decision.
