The most cost effective way of doing clen. The ketotifin makes me drowsy as hell the first couple days, but after awhile you get used to it. Im up to two tabs a day right now, but would not suggest going that high (I am going to stop). Im glad Im not the only one that craves carbs while taking them.....the hard part is staying away from them.

As for the diabetes......I know nothing about that, so i will keep my ignorant mouth shut on that one.

I crave carbs when I'm on em, so I don't know how that would effect a diabetic.
