<p>That was just a quick run down of protein brother... We do pancakes, bars, oatmeal, my wife has some lil recipes for all these we(she) makes for us. I'll have to throw the recipes up later on. How you make yours bro? Already got a great yogurt mix from you the lil women and myself are liking.</p>

<p>To Rainer -</p>
<p>On a bulk diet here's what mine basic day looks like</p>
<p>4:30am-2 scoop Allmax shake =54 grams<br />6:00ish- 8 eggs, 2 turkey bacon=54g<br />8:30- 2 scoop shake, cliff bar-64g<br />11:00- 8oz chicken breast- 60g<br />2:00-1/2cup cottage cheese, 3 hard boiled eggs,-40g<br />3:30- 8oz chicken-60g <br />6:30ish-postWO myogenix-34g<br />8:00- steak, or chicken- 60 g</p>
<p>Totals out to 420 ish ....Naturally this varies some but this is a quick run down and fairly accurate to my last tren/test bulk cycle; also during colder weather.</p>
<p>On a normal day maybe 1 shake per day, 5-6oz chicken at meals, 6 eggs in morning.</p>

<p>Just out of curiousity, could the guys dropping 2g/lb put up a meal plan for the protein they eat each day? I'm curious to see how much meat/whey you guys are downing to hit these numbers! I seriously can't fathom 450g protein every day.</p>
