Try to stick to lower reps while on a keto diet. I found that this works well, you don't cause the hypertrophy to your muscles that higher reps in the 8-10 rep range will cause, be carefull not to train to failure and you should be able to increase your strength while on the diet. All my sets were in the 3-5 rep range while I did it and every lift went up. I found also supplementing with a BCAA drink durring my workout worked well to reduce muscle breakdown and preserve muscle. I don't think it impeeded my fat lose at all, i think it improves it. It was called Glutacene.

Sorry i forgot to add i know westside is all lower rep traing, however i don't know if you would be able to keep that type of intensity up, you may also might not want to do some of their principles. Although I used their speed reps principle and it worked well for my power
