If your supplier does not ship in cold packs they don't give a shit about quality.. You think in a belly of a plane the product does not go from subtropical heat to freezing cold temps and back and forth on the flight from china?? All Pharma grade HGH is shipped and stored refrigerated for a reason.. The good news is if its a Chinese brand it probably wont matter since most are bunk or mostly non-bioactive HGH which will not elevate your IGF-1 levels.. Sorry this is just my opinion you are free to have your own..

- if refrigerated between 2 - 8 degrees celsius it's good for 24 months (until expiration date)
- at room temperature (up to 37 degrees Celsius or 98.6 Fahrenheit) it's good for over 30 days
- at up to 45 degrees Celsius or 113 Fahrenheit it's good for about a week
