Lipoderm concerns

I have a number of concerns regarding Lipoderm-Y.

The first is the idea that you should wait until your body fat is low before using. The directions on the bottle don't mention this, and I haven't seen it anywhere in the Avant Labs writeups about Lipoderm-Y.

The second is whether or not it really works. Can anyone out there honestly say that it works great for them? And if so, can you quantify your results?

The third is the idea of the water retention. The documentation here online doesn't mention, nor is it mentioned on the bottle. I'm just wondering if this is a ploy to explain why some people don't get results.

Bottom line question: does the stuff really work?

Thanks,
Rick

Yes. Wait until you lean out, unless you've once been lean, then already to know of which areas problematic.

No. If you read the literature, then you'd see Yohimbine documented as an anti-diuretic.

We also have a Q&A; page (which as well addresses the issue of water-retention). There's only so much you can put on a bottle, as even then would more questions arise.

*** when my midsectin was kinda chubby i used it and it sucked. But im not it right now and it is working wonders. the difference now is that i'm leaner and i'm stricter with my diet. you have to cut your cals for it to work. I never have seen my love handles this small. i have a semi four pack with these horrible love handles. That is the only place store fat. Dante sometimes when I put lipo one the site gets hot, like I just put sone ben-gay or icy hot on it. what's what about? it doesn't happen all the time though.

I'm not shady son, I don't front.

It's the Menthol (as found in Ben Gay and Icy Hot).

We ran "b r o" through the ban filter, as a joke, just for laughs (as this isn't the typical "***-board").

lipoderm does work, but works best if your pretty lean. I have trouble with my love handles and I also was able to get them the smallest they have been in a lond time due to lipoderm. You definetly have to have a solid diet that is below maintanence, and then yeah it works. Also, I used it regular and then with 7 grams of caffeine added to the bottle and it worked better with the caffeine and you don't get the water retention. My buddy used it and still says it doesn't work but he did not diet or anything, and I got the results and he did not....

Worked for me. I'm a chick with 18.8% bodyfat (according to the handheld bioimpedance thing). I love the stuff. Don't love the water retention, but it goes away. I'd rather have water renention than liposuction.

I ordered some for my boyfriend who just has a little flab on his abs and he loves the stuff as well. YOU HAVE TO DIET. I did it once without dieting and it was a waste of money.
