I've been training naturaly for a little more than 2 yrs. on and off. I've seen gains within that time and enjoyed what i've seen. My only problem is that I find myself falling apart from time to time. Like right now I've been pretty lazy. But hopefully through reading here on a regular basis I'll stick with it and reach some goals that I haven't yet.
