Well I'm coming up on the end of this cycle and its been good. Sides? Not really any to mention, did get some bloat at the end of week 6 and upped the arimidex. My best strenth gain 40lbs on curls. My body weight went up 12lbs and even lost some bf. Boneman I sent you a pm.

Thanks for all the advice guys. You have to love this site, everybody is so helpful. I am definitely going to try warming up the oil and massage the site after. Got up this morning and the thigh feels great! A little ibuprofen before bed and wah lah!

Good suggestions. Warm the gear, apply some pressure and massage the site afterwards. Hot shower also helps loosen it up.

Yea that's what I do heat it pin it massage and warm shower it my wife just watches me and laughs

thanks roadking, and i remember i started a habbit yrs ago that for some reason i still do, but i think it helps,, i always massage the site for a good couple minutes, and only because when i was a kid my friend brian corvese then mr. rhode island taught me how to pin, yea coke to, hahaha, but he always said now massage it, so it stuck i thought it was procedure or something, hahaha

but i aint to sore after, who really knows though huh,,.

Nice comment boneman.
If he's low body fat like you said he could easily use a 1in 25 in the thigh and do fine.
I might suggest pushing in real slow, wait a few seconds before with drawing the needle.
Another thing that could help and I do this all the time is warm the oil before injecting. I think it helps it go in smoother and may help with PIP.
And make sure you are in the side outer quad.

this poor bastard hit his sciatic nerve i bet, pon listen to unkle bones ok, untill you learn all your sites and rig sizes, (pins), and you will bro, hit your glute, not maximus, your medius, if you tip toe on one leg, and make believe your doing a side chest pose, you will see that little mother fucker, and theres hardly any nerves there, so it will be easy sailing, save site injecting untill you got that experiance under your belt,

i dont wanna see you get hurt brother, it will only take you oughta training man, and being new your fucking legs are gonna be hurting till you pin them suckers for a little while anyway, know what im saying.

and when i site inject my bi's tri's shoulders i use a one inch jammy, your throwing down with a 1.5 with no experiance, i know this you hit that sciatic nerve and you homeboy aint gonna be jumping oughta bed or on any pussy for 4 weeks hahahahaha, be careful, wanna hear about your gains not your pains my man
