I'm not really sure you have the right term for dosage there buddy. HCG is rated in i.u.'s, nolva is rated in mgs. Nolva is usually taken around 40mgs...

Don't shake it up. Getting knocked around won't kill it but it is fragile the same a HGH so DO NOT SHAKE IT UP.
