                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Here's an idea for all those people who have very busy lives and not a lot of time to make some good grub!<br /><br />Get yourself a crock pot, they work wonders.<br /><br />Put in:<br />1-2 cups brown rice<br />1 can black beans/pinto beans<br />4 cups h20<br />1 beef broth<br />1-2 T. worchester sauce<br />2 T. red wine vinegar (option)<br /><br />Cook on low for 4-6 hours, and then at the end of the day you have a nice healthy plate of rice and beans.<br /><br />You can also add some lean roast, cut up sirloin cubes, or chicken to the dish to make your protein source too! <br /><br />I love doing this when I have to train at the gym until 8:00 or 9:00pm, and then when I come home dinner is already ready.<br /><br />Gremster</p>]]></content:encoded>
