                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I would suggest narrow-stance squats and leg-press, although there have been no EMG studies that prove these exercise work the lateralis a bit more than the medialis, I am convinced from personal experience that these exercise do work the outer quads a bit more and less stress is placed on the glutes/hams.</p>]]></content:encoded>
