Excellent article.
I know when I am not making gains, hell it's probably my fault.
Did I miss a couple of workouts, did I get that before bed shake every night, am I getting enough sleep. Did I just let LIFE get in the way?
Usually the answer is yes.
Being nearly 40, married with children, and heavily employed are excuses, but they don't put that extra inch on the arms, sweep in the quad, or split in the calf.
