I just wanted to introduce myself to you all. I have been weight training since I was 14. Yet, I just in the last 6 months have been getting very serious with my training and diet. My boyfriend just did his first bodybuilding show a month ago. Watching him loose 90lbs and ending up taking 3rd in the heavyweight class....(in his nevios show) really inspired me! I'd like to do a figure, and or bodybuilding show within the next few years. I'm love any feed back from ya all. Thanks
