Just wondering if any of yall have been on HRT for over 20 years? If so do you notice any negative long term side effects?

No I believe you are right nby. TRT is fairly new and most Dr. still dont understand the concept fully. You may find some that have been on for maybe 5-8 years, maybe.

I'm sure you're smart enough to find the possible side effects, especially on prolonged use;
- Higher BP
- Bad cholesterol
- Prostate
- Acne
- Testicular atrophy

However all of this is different per user. TRT is an all-in package which should also monitor your health periodically, like via a blood panel.

I think a few have been on TRT for a few years, wait for them to chime in.

3 + years... regular CBC, Chem,, LFT's, TFT's all spot on. HDL/LDL,chol, triglyceride levels are very good...my only issue is with fatigue, daytime sleepiness, "brain fog," anhedonia, that hasn't changed with TRT to the extent that I was hoping for and has actually worsened over the months.. Most likely due to mild sleep apnea(may be a side affect of TRT/AAS use) which I am currently being treated for and definitely from prior substance use > misuse > abuse history(opiates)....

Other than that I am very happy with the results...

I seen you write in another post you were on androgel what do your levels test at on that? Possibly you have fatigue and brain fog b/c ur test levels still arent high enough?
