is creatine beneficial or bad for a cutting cycle of fina/winny?

I dont like to use creatine while cutting because of the water retention. In a bulking cycle its welcomed but while im cutting up i like to see myself getting tighter and more vascular, It motivates me to stick to the diet and cardio.
Everyone is different though, I bet well see many different opinions on this thread.
