does anyone know how much protein ones body can absorb at one time. example 50 grams at a time.
Well I have read a few things about it some say it doesnt matter some say it does, here is my take if you eat 50 grams I dont think your body is going to absorb all of it because some of it is going to pass, I dont really pay attention to it, just eat eat eat protein protein protein.
WHEN YOUR ON GEAR (DECCA) CAN ENABLE YOU TO TAKE ON MORE PROTEIN THEN NORMAL,BUT USUALLY WHEN YOUR NOT YOUR BODY CAN TAKE ON ABOUT 25 TO MAYBE 30GRMS EVERY MEAL OR SO,AND THE AMOUNTS OF PROTEIN USALLY WHILE OFF CYCLE ARE 1.5 GRAMS OF PROTEIN PER 2.2LBS(KG) LEAN BODY MASS,IF YOU DO TOO MUCH PROTEIN YOUR BODY WILL SHOOT OUT CALCIUM DEPOSITS TO RID YOUR BODY OF EXCESS PROTEIN THAT THE LIVER CANT DEAL WITH,AND YOU MAY END UP WITH KIDNEY STONES OR OSTERAPAROSIS....DAMM MY SPELLING SUCKS!!!!
