Wsup bros.

I'm ending week 6 of my test e at 500mg/wk. I'm also in week 3 of tren ace. Went from 50ed to 60ed now I'm on 70ed.

Cycle I going great. Don't have any harsh sides from tren yet besides hungry like a horse and sweats.

Another side I'm noticing is fatigue. I'm very fatigue throughout the day. My muscles seem sore and my body is dreading. I'm very sluggish when I head to the gym but when I get going I workout for a good 2 hours and my strength is throughhhh the roof. I don't do much cardio cuz I' sweat like a donkey while working out. I make sure I do 1 hour of cardio once a week at least. And last time I did cardio I also did sprints and damnnnn I've never been that fast.

How do you guys deal with this tired effect of tren?

As far as calories? I don't count calories. I just make sure to get 6-7 meals a day. Get roughly 250-300 protein and plenty of carbs. I drink 1.5-2 gallons of water a day. I really don't think it's from my diet. There are also days when I eat everything on site but that's like 2/3 days out of the week the other days I keep my diet on check
