Just wondering if you could make the time to detail what you are eating CURRENTLY whilst dieting...meal timings and possibly macronutrient breakdown too? Including supplements, condiments...the whole lot!

Cheers,

Ben

it changes from day to day but here is an example

Macronutrients are listed to the side as protein/carbs/fat.

Meal 1: 1 whole egg, 4 egg whites and no fat cheese on a whole wheat high fiber bread 35/16/5
Meal 2: Chicken breast with tablespoon of peanut butter 40/3/9
Meal 3: Low fat popcorn, egg white and turkey sandwich with low fat cheese 40/65/6.5
Meal 4 (in workout shake): Whey protein and Dextrose with 5g of creatine 35/20/1.5
Meal 5: Turkey, fat free cheese, lettuce, and Dijon mustard on whole wheat sub bread 35/80/4
Meal 6: Tuna with fat free mayo and fat free cheese melted on whole wheat bread, 1 cup broccoli, 3 fish oil capsules 35/25/6
Meal 7: 1 large chicken breast with 3 fish oil caps and tablespoon peanut butter 40/3/13
Meal 8: 1 can tuna, 2 fish oil caps, tablespoon peanut butter 40/3/11

Breakdown:
300g protein
205g carbs
56g fat

Limitations are for people that have them and excuses are for people that need them.

Our old tried and true.

Is the next reduction in carbs going to eliminate the dextrose from your inworkout shake? (or change the bread in the postworkout sub?)

with all respect due to chuck, i'm working on my PhD in nutritional science. If I can't put it together for myself then I need to get the fuck out of this business

That said, I still enlist the aid of my friend Dr. Joe Klemczewski to help me during the final weeks as he understands water fluctuations better than I, and also because I need someone objective to look at me and guide me in.

Ive noticed your only having around 20g dextrose in your in workout shake, how much "roughly" would you have when your bulking?

Many thanks

Omg Ive been having 75g dextrose on my bulk (I thought this may be too much) Ive put on far too much fat, but I dont put my blame soley on this, its more the total amount of carbs ive been consuming, I think im carb sensitive, gonna try out 300 carbs a day instead and lower my PWO shake.

I basically got hung up on this insulin spike thing and started to think "more is better", Obiously thats not the case, you can still cause an insulin spike with half the amount I was using,

Thanks for that Layne

Layne, what bread are you using these days? It's hard to find good bread without HFCS in it.

2 quaetions...

this is of course a cutting diet right???

2- is the carb amount you count the total carb or the total NET carbs ( total carbs minus the fiber)? so that would be 204 calories from carbs right??
