Good morning all,

I have a question in regards to what I should eat while on cycle. My situation is a little different though. I'm a paraplegic, I've been lifting for at least 10 years, and last year I ran my first cycle. It was a success, I experienced good gains and have kept them for the most part. I feel like it could have went a lot better if I would have ate better. Here's the thing that scares me though, since I can't walk I don't burn calories like normal people. I workout hard and sweat like a pig when I do. I'm not worried about burning calories when I workout, I'm worried about eating so much throughout the day and gaining weight quick because of it. What would you guys suggest I eat that wouldn't give me that bloating feeling or that extra weight in the gut. My wife cooks a lot of pasta, but I'm afraid too much would be bad. Thanks in advance for your input.

What have you noticed in terms of weight gain and diet prior? Ten years is a good amount of lifting experience, take what you learned in terms of calorie consumption before and apply it to how much you should eat now. If you noticed "good" weight off of a certain amount of kcal/day before then using that as a guideline for what to eat and how much to eat while you are on cycle is a good start. Sometimes you just have to figure it out for yourself with the old trial and error way. 😉
