Flax oil and oatmeal can lower cholesterol. It dropped mine by 30 points.

Pantothenic acid, aka Vitamin B-5, you can get it from GNC or a health store. Run it 500-750mg/day for a few weeks - it will bring you cholesterol down a bit. It's cheap too.

Bump for aryansteel
I think what aryansteel is asking is what AS has the least effect on raising cholesterol and which raise it the most? Personally I would like to know this myself as I have a natural elevated cholesterol level which cannot be lowered by diet. Anyone have any ideas on test, winny, EQ, deca, fina , primo..ect?

Just lowered mine 61 pts. Completely changed my diet. Olive oil, Flaxseed, oats, high fiber cereal with bran, omega 3's (salmon fillets plus supplemental vits. with omegas). Fresh vegs. steamed, broiled. Benecol was included as well.
