My name's Brock. Bacardi's been helping me out on Muscle Mayhem, so I thought I'd hang out at his crib.

I'm back in the iron game after a bout with cancer (caught real early) and have decided life's tooo short.

So I'm lift hard, eating smart. and trying to learn everything I can.

My goal for the next 12 months is 220 so I can cut to 200 and try some local shows.

I'm 48, been working out since I was in college so I have a good foundation and good genetics, I hope.

Thannks and happy to be here!

Brock

Hello welcome to freakz. It's good to see you're still in it even after a battle with cancer. Good for you bro! It just goes to prove the first time you pick up the iron you can't leave it ever again. Keep it bro!:beerc

I know I'm something of an old -fart bb'er but it's never too late to learn.

The cancer was a big scare. but it was caught real early and they took just a couple of lymph node and did a round of chemo just in case. The doc said that thanks to my general fitness i took the meds real well.

Personally I don't think so- I lost a ton of size on my arms and legs that is just now coming back, plus hair loss (if I do compete I'll never have to shave my legs)

My doc in Dallas is big on post cancer quality of life issues, and there's a chance of my being prescribed Test and deca to help regain lean mass.

I'm currently working with a trainer here on diet and routines. In just the past 3 weeks his suggestions have started to pay off.

Pics maybe in a couple of months, depending on what cycle I do next.

Thanks again,
Brock
