BigJim....dammit son...you cant use a little tab of margarine for lubricant. you gotta use something a little more substantial.....like crisco!! when you feel the skin starting to stick, then you gotta add in a little bit more crisco. also watch the temperatures generated. when they get too high, they'll char the outter skin. although, not permanent, its just irritating and makes for you next few encounters with the chicken to be tainted. just be careful not to peel the charred skin off, exposing the delicate flesh underneath.

another thought is to add in a little lemon juice or soy sauce as a rub on the chicken. makes for less dryness and an interesting flavor!
