In the middle of moving into our new house so I can't complain man..
Had some medical issues w/ my son - pretty serious, but he's doing better.. Thank God! I see your still handling business like a pro!

Good to see it cooled down a little bit around here. Let's try to keep the insults down around here guys.
Great input on Doggcrapp, Anabolic. I have little to say unfortunately and lots to learn about it, as it's a routine (or rather, lifestyle!) I've never done before. You really are a fount of knowledge on this.

I have read a little on DC a while back and I am interested. My problem is I have no training partner and most days its really late before I get to gym(work). So my question is can it be done to the full without a partner? The widow makers on the squats kinda scare me as I have no spotter. I am currently doing a variation of PHAT and had some close calls on heavy days. I'm starting to get good at dumping weights off barbell when I get em stuck. Lol. I know its not the safest way but I have no other choice if I want to train hard. Any advice is appreciated.

I think that it is possible. Im not sure what type of gym you go to, but most that I go to have trainers that "work the floor" and give assistance if needed. Talk to one and explain your workout and they should be willing to help. Don't be afraid to recruit help from others working out if you think they can help you and have the time. Doggcrapp is a great and effective workout and there are many on the boards that implement it including myself and Anabolic 5150.
