I don't like dropping total mg when transitioning because gains tend to stall. For a cut it will work but I like a bit more mg in weeks 9-16. Maybe 60...
I like that setup. I think Nandrolone up front and then transitioned to Tren is one of the best ways to run a cycle.

I think its a good idea. You would see benefits for sure. I would obviously like to see an aas in there as well for added synergy/effect.
If HGH is not available I would use IGF-1. IGF-1 is one of the growth factors HGH raises.

Yup, 6iu GH all at once right when you wake up. You won't need much T4. The standard dose is all I would take.
If I had to choose I would go with the longer duration as IGF-1 would be elevated the whole time. AM fasted
