It seems to be a pretty resilient muscle pip is almost non existent for me, only thing better for me is upper kinda middle trap
Arm over head flex it and find where I want then stick it in... my lats are pretty dam wide and very thick so not an issue, hard to miss it :P
I like using slin pins for my Traps and Lats but I typically only pin TNE with a slin pin.
I never understood how to pin pecs... do you come in from the side or the pec or lower pec hows that work?
