I used to go thighs--but I agree you seem to hit vein or nerve to often. Conversely, I've yet to hit a nerve in delts, traps, pecs or triceps. But of all I'd have to say delts and triceps are easy and virtually pain free. Tried shooting my biceps once--OUCH!!!!!

For me, I held my arm out in front of me, that got the Pec Minor flexed, and then I pinned it there (upper pec)--probably a little downward angle.

this would b a good thread possibly. showing how and where to pin diffrent muscles. i know you can pin pecs, lats, traps, etc. but have no idea how. seeing someone do it rather than reading about always seems to help. just a thought

A slin pin in the pecs or tricep is interesting. Would be nice to have a few more spots. The tri would be hard to pin solo? Just hold your arm up in the air and pin it? Anyone have any experience with this?

I like using slin pins for my Traps and Lats but I typically only pin TNE with a slin pin.

Pinning the tricep has been pretty easy for me. I actually don't hold my arm up at all. I just twist my torso so whatever tri I'm looking to hit is facing the bathroom mirror, and I stick at 1 inch pin about 3/4 of the way into the thickest part (middle part in terms of length and width) and it's very easy. The only considerations I have when pinning tris are: 1) about 1ml is the max for me and 2) I have to be sure not to inject to high up on my arm, or too low down, because the muscle is thinner and that causes pip. If done right, tris are one of my preferred sites for test prop.

How do you reach your lats? I can't get a pin around there on my own to save my life. I'm gonna start calling you tinymike. 😉 . Unless of course someone is pinning them for you...

Arm over head flex it and find where I want then stick it in... my lats are pretty dam wide and very thick so not an issue, hard to miss it 😛
