Italian Cajun Salmon
one pound of Fresh salmon
mist a pan lined with foil with olive oil
lay the salmon in the pan and mist the top with olive oil
sprinkle on Natural Cajun Seasoning (Modern Products Inc...buy it in health food stores...same people that make spike...not as much salt as so many other cajun spice brands)
squeeze half lemon on top
cover with sundried tomatoes with herbs (these are the ready to eat ones in olive and canola oil)
bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes...
