this is pretty simple...

all you need is a chicken breast, sriracha (oriental chili sauce), and a grill

just make sure your chicken is thawed out and cut long deep incisions throughout the middle of the breast. i also stab it with my fork all over. then take some sriracha and smooth however much you want. just make sure you put it in all the incisions. i personally put a shitload on. let is sit for 5-10 minutes. then, do the same thing for the other side, but cut in the perpendicular direction of the other side. this way the chicken won't fall apart. then i throw it on the lean mean grilling machine or any type of grill for like 8 minutes and it's juicy, spicy, and hella good. i've eaten it for about 2 weeks twice a day and i still haven't gotten sick of it. tell me what you guys think...:D

where do I get oriental chili sauce from?.. just the usual supermarket?.. or an oriental supermarket?

i get it at the hong kong food market. i'll take a picture of the bottle with my digital camera and put it up here for ya. you might be able to get it at a normal supermarket...i'm not sure...i'll find out real soon.

just go to www.huyfong.com and check out what they make...they only make like 4 different products...i'm still not sure if you can buy it in any grocery store, but i'm sure if you ask them to start carrying it, they will. you could also find out if your area has an oriental food market. hope i helped... :beerc

i love trying new kinds of marinade for chikin....since i eat about 3 breasts every fucking day!!!! Is that sauce lowfat and low in sodium??? I really need some new shit...this ginger sauce is getting old.

another badass marinade is margarita mix. Poke holes in the chicken and let is sit in the sauce for about 45 minutes.....sooooo fucking good

yea, the sriracha sauce per tablespoon is 5 cal., 60mg sodium, and 1 carb! that's pretty good in my book. hell, i just had that sriracha sauce over my scrambled eggs! mmm...good. i'll have to try that margarita mix.

oh, and recently, i found the sriracha sauce in wal-mart!!
