Tuna-Cheese toast = 35gr Protein
I am not sure if that's everyones taste,
but i sometimes use as a snack this: -
2 slice of no fat toast ( 1 slice has 2gr protein )
4 slice, no fat cheese ( 1 slice has 5gr protein )
after the toast is dunn,i add some NO Fat tuna between it and some tomato and i have a regular looking sandwich with over 35gr of protein and zero fat,and not more than 15gr of carbs....
What do you think? does that sound good?
