I dont know about the rest of you but I love tuna. And to make things better tuna is one of the best meals in terms of protein/carb intake. On my way home I kill 12oz. protein shake and when i get home make 2 tuna and cheese sandwiches on toasted wheat and a 20oz strawberry milk. Now if that doesnt target my body's need for protein and vitamins then I am not sure what can.

Same thing I do.. I usually sautee a bit of onions + garlic in a pan, add the tuna, then season and add a bit of lemon juice to kill some of the tuna taste. I then throw it in the oven on a couple slices of multigrain with a tomato and cheese... grated cheese works even better.

It's basically just a Tuna bruchetta. <sp?>
