What is your opinion on this. I know its a prohormone and most prohormones have marginal benefits at best but I read in one of the gear manuals (the source quoted some bodybuilder saying) that large doses of 19-nor had a good effect, almost as good as a low dose deca. True it wouldn't be as cost effective but what are your thoughts? I know androsteindione gets converted pretty easily to estrogen and thats what a lot of the studies found but 19-nor shouldn't, right?

I used it alone before AS....bloat city with NO gains at all. Then I used Tribestan... better but not much. I used D-indolin with it. That's an over the counter anti-e. I really didn't get any great effects from any of it. Tribestan is supposed to be good for post-cycle for you guys to help ya lil nuts get back to norm. Mrs.B

I tried using 19-nor a few months back and got some water retention. I think I gained about 6lbs actually but lost almost all of it after it was done. I don't understand the mechanism of the weight gain though...it shouldn't convert to estrogen much. It does have a progesterone effect though maybe thats the reason. I know real deca would work so much better, but don't want to use right now.
