Your body type is pushing towards the endomorph, right?

I believe endomorph = gains fat&mass easily / loses fat slowly, in which case yes.

I actually still have a good amount of muscle mass but have added a lot of fat over the last few years.

Which reminds me - I haven't really stated what I hope to get out of this stack & my workout/diet program. If it isn't evident, I need to reduce bf%.

My workout routine:
2 days off 1 day on is the goal. I am married and have a 1 year old daughter so family time can't be left out. But I am generally able to keep the 2on 1off split fairly easily (except for example tonight - I should workout but it's my wife's B-Day so probably can't).

I do almost exclusively just BIG movements. Deadlifts, rows, Bench, Squats, Pullups, dips, mil press.

The way I see it, no point doing 4 sets of concentration curls when I'm too out of shape to do pullups well. So big compound movements is most everything.
I have a Shoulder/Chest day, Legs Day, and Back day.
Each workout I go for 25 on the elliptical.
That's it.

Diet:
I don't count calories daily but I know I am around 2900 cals/day. Oat meal, rice, chicken, Optimum Whey powder, olive oil, enova oil are big in my diet. (I'm allergic to fish and fish oil unfortunately) Bear in mind this is NOT the way I ate for the last few years! So that isn't the diet or calorie level that led me to this bf%.

Personally, I have always thought this will be a good combo, and am interested to see the results.

Starting to get some effects of the stack on Day 6.

Body heat seems up pretty good even indoors. I was down about 1/2 lb this morning (maybe not meaningful). Energy level was very good in the gym last night - pumps were full, cardio was easy.

Thought so. The rise in body temp from the activate is to be expected then.

You'll get used to it after a week or two.

Day 11 Activate + Forskolin

No report last few days - been busy w/ my 1 year old daughter & Easter. We've done 4 egg hunts in the last two days.

Anyway - I'm actually down 3 lbs in the last 11 days. I think this combo must have revved up my metabolism some? The warm feeling has subsided but I seem to be losing weight while eating very similarly to how I did before starting.

I have been somewhat oilier than usual last few days as well. I don't know if this is from Forskolin or Activate or quite possibly the warmer weather here (been in the 90's last couple days). Anyway - No pimples or anything just oily face mainly.

In the gym: Worked out Fri & Sat and had very good workouts. Usually when working out and concurrently losing a couple pounds in a short time frame, my strength and energy levels go to zero. Not so recently. If anything workouts have been slightly easier to get through and particularly I feel good doing cardio, rather than the normal dreading it. So this is very positive.

I also felt good on chest day Friday and did a couple extra sets & reps of bench and incline bench work. I wouldn't say weight has gone up really, but better endurance during the lifts is what I feel. Pushing myself harder though has resulted in some pretty significant DOMS here 48 hours after chest workout. But I like it because it makes me feel like I really got a good w/o in.

Mood is good, not significantly different than normal. Libido unchanged.

I think most people whose feedback I've read on Forskolin say they don't ususally see effects of it (as a standalone) until a few weeks, so perhaps everything so far is attributable to the activate. Not sure though since there could be some synergism or I may respond to Forskolin quickly.

Appetite is largely unchanged although I pigged out quite a bit for Easter lunch today. But I held back on dinner tonight to balance it out.

Back in the gym for Legs tomorrow.

Great feedback.

I've not used forskolin myself, but the two attributes i notice from activate almost immediately is improved sleep and the increase in core temp you've noted yourself.

Thanks for following along.

Probably beyond the scope of normal feedback so I didn't include it up till now, but the Forskolin seems to promote a dose-dependant "softening of the stool". I backed down to only 2 caps per day (50mg of the active total) and had some improvements in my condition. I am now alternating 2 vs 3 per day and that seems to be tolerable. There for a while, I considered moving my computer here at work into the john.
