Acetylsalicylic acid is an antioxidant? Would discussion of this idea be OK for your log, or would you rather we start another thread?

I'll start another thread in supplements-advanced

Here it is 10 days in and overall, I like this stuff.

Reloaded is subtle at the dose I am using...nothing overly dramatic to report in terms of either effects or side-effects.

My libido is actually up which is nice for an AI.

Joint pain has remained confined to knees.

I am seeing some of the muscle fullness that I got with DHEA/formestane although not to the same degree.

My mood has been overall excellent. Rather 'alpha-male' as TP described it. Sleep has also been good.

Overall, this stuff reminds me much more formestane than 6-OXO or ATD.

I'd like to experiment a little with the dosage. Okay with the DS folks?

Good log, keep at it. Feel free to up the dosage at your leisure.

Went to six caps/day in split dose...nothing particularly new to report, still feeling good, sleeping very well. Libido, appetite, etc. remain unchanged. I do note a shift in my body odor similar to what I have noticed with other AIs.

Well I wish I had something new to report but I do not, in fact I almost feel like I have hit a plateau with this stuff in terms of effect.

At this point, I am feeling little at all that I can attribute to RR either negative or positive. My libido and sexual performance seem untouched, still have slight knee pain although that has largely faded and I also no longer have that I can take on the world feeling that I had last week...not that I feel bad or moody, just feel "normal" now

I'll take a second to amend this, possibly.

I have been fighting some fairly potent early evening lethargy that I was attributing to other supplements (B12) and so did not report here. But now that I see that Section 8 is reporting something similar, I am wondering if it might be RR at work. I suspect hypohydration may be the real cause due to a diuretic effect of Reloaded so I have increased my water intake and will see how that changes things. I have also cut my dosage back to 4 caps a day.

wrt hydration levels, have you tried weighing yourself frequently to identify potential dehydration? I have found some success with this.

Although tis off topic, do you use hyperthermia (sauna) at all?

Thanks Josh. I'll try that. WRT saunas, no access to one sadly...one of my favorite things in the world though. I use a really hot shower as a poor substitute...

Well it would appear that hypohydration was the true culprit WRT the lethargy. Bumped my water intake and things seem better. I will also note the appearance of some bacne today...although no change in general skin oiliness or issues with facial acne.

Good. No real changes there to report...although I have never seen a lot of change in the gym from a stand-alone AI...my motivation to actually do something has been better although some of that stems from the change in the season I think. The return of the sun is really nice.

Funny you should mention this. While I have not noted any real change in exercise recovery aside from some increase perhaps in muscle attachment point soreness, as I have reported elsewhere, I have recently come down with a nasty head cold...one of the worst I have had in many moons.

And yet, despite the obvious cold symptoms (cough, stuffy nose, sneezing, etc), I feel really excellent. My mood has actually been positively ebullient whereas family members and people at work who had this same virus before me were reduced grumpy, achey miserable folks.
