i need protein ????

ok im eating all the time ...i am getiing in about 300 grams of Protein a day ......

my lbs is @ 221 ..so im thinking I need to up my protein to at least 400 Grams per day ..... dose that sound about right ??

and another thing ..i would think i would shit a lot more with all this food ...but im only shitting about once a day is that normal ????.....

hitting the gym 5 days a week . one part a day 🙂

please help ??

Bro, what are your goals?
Cant expect everyone to remember your info(if you have posted it before).
Whenever you are asking a personal question, do us a favor, hit us up with as much info possible in order to give you a knowledgable answer.

I have no idea if your cutting up or bulking up so I wont go into your protein numbers but as for the daily excrements.....you'll have to eat alot of fibrous foods(lettuce, broccolli, couliflower) or supplement with fiber in order to get all of that extra protein waste out of your system. Going once a day is pretty normal though.

IM trying to bulk up ....

IM 5'10.
225 lbs
bf about 18 or 19 %
I'm 25 years old .

I hit the gym 5 days a week .
Monday chest
Tuesday back
Wednesday shoulders
Thursday arms
Friday legs
sat /sun off

If your not growing enough, bump the protein to 350-400g a day.
