this is what I found out

Lipotropics is a fancy word for three amino acids that are essential for the health of your liver. Anyone know what three amino acids they are?? and can I buy them at the pharmacy here in Canada(injectable form)?

That's not entirely true. Lipotropic compounds are used to break down fats. It's refered to as fat-loving. It increases choline in the liver. This prevents cholesterol buildup inj the arteries and in the liver. There are three main compounds to lipotropics: choline, inositol, and methionine. The only amino acid in there is methionine. Choline and inositol are b-vitamins. When talking about lipotropics, you will usually here the word betaine. This is in reference to the molecular structure. Betaine is a neutral compound with a positively charged group. Lipotropics can come in tablet form or injectable form.

In all reality, there is a lot of hype on this stuff. Proper dieting, proper exercise, proper ranges of heart rate for cardio, proper supps, etc are far, FAR better choices. Not only are they better choices, they will not add to the amount of scar tissue development. If you are really looking for a good "fat-liquifier",HGH would be more beneficial. Notice how there are quotations around fat-liquifer. I put those there because that's not the primary use for it. I just had to be clear. Most people notice a drop of bodyfat with hgh.

I'm on Gh and been on for over a year, great fat burner, but this is for my wifey, she was also on gh for about 6-7 months but we decided to take her off, cause it was messing with her cycles, so..I've decided a cycle of b12/b6 combo(injectables) and wanting to add some Lipotropic injections. so can I get this stuff OTC??

We talked about this stuff in one of my a&p classes. I don't see any reason why you couldn't buy it as an otc. There is nothing illegal about it. "You could literally ship super tankers of this stuff, and nobody would bat an eye." (Haha!! I'm quoting Samuel L. Jackson from Formula 51. I just woke up and am half awake. 🙂 ) You could make your own, if you had the proper ratios, but I wouldn't waste my time with a choline, inositol, and methionine mix. There are so many better choices. First check your diet. I cannot stress or say this enough. Any fat burner would be better. clen would be great too.

Be careful with b12 injections. You can have too much rbc growth that can induce myocardial infarction.

You really do not need to go to the pharmacy. You can go to any supplement store. All you need is choline, inositol (This may be expensive because some people will overcharge for this because it is used as a cut for cocaine.), and methionine. I would recommend an eca for her because it will be a broncho-dilator and blood thinner for her. You should really monitor her blood work, blood pressure, etc.

If you really want the injectable, you will probably just need to get it ordered from the pharmacy. Are you trying to spot inject?

I would just walk in and ask about lipotropic injections. If they are unsure, ask about a choline, inositol, and methionine mix. If they still don't know, ask if they know somebody who might. Another colleague? You may have to really hunt it down. I don't think there is a huge market for it at all. From what I have gathered, it is not really beneficial.

ok thx bio, you've been a great help, and your right.. there is no real proof that any of this will work, but with the right diet, anything will work, I will definately keep you all updated on the results of this new diet/supplement that we're trying out...good thing is that its very safe
