Fellas,

I got a new job (outside sales) and can't eat (every two hrs) at the convenience of my inside job. That being said, I have really slacked....down 15 lbs to 6-2, 200 and am pretty pissed off now. I have been off supplements for 4 months now...nothing.

That being said, what would you guys recommend to get me going again?

I was thinking:

Creatine
Animal Pak
Metrx Protein Shakes

Question:
1. Would you recommend another PWO protein shake instead of Metrx?
2. What type of creatine?

My goal is to put on a solid 15lbs and be back to the playing weight of 215.

Also, what websites do you guys use to purchase the supps?

Thanks and I am back....!

EG

I get my supps from
http://www.dpsnutrition.net
I use Ultamite Nutritions Whey Supreme. It's low carb, so I can add my carbs or my fats depending on what I need.

Outside sales as in walking or driving? If you have your vehicle just pack a cooler. If not, you may need to get some protein bars you can carry with you.

Welcome Back

I can't take creatine, it bloats me. From what I've read the cheap stuff is just as good as the expensive stuff. You'll probably get more input from some of the guys.

Actually, if you're still looking. I would fully suggest Con-cret creatine. This stuff is amazing. My strength gains on Con-cret are unmatched by anything else I've tried including mono, ethylester, and krealkylyn.

I've tried the "fancy" creatines and didn't get much out of them. I respond best to micronized creatine monohydrate.

For protein, all I use is True Protein. You can make your own custom blends depending on what you're trying to accomplish. That, and you can pick your own flavors and sweeteners, or you can go unflavored/unsweetened. I have a 5% discount code (10% on 16+ pounds) if you're interested.
