is there any good research out there on this product and it's effectiveness. Perhaps someone has used it and has an opinion. I searched the forum and found a little on it

do a search... there's a huge debate going on as to it's safety. as to it's effectiveness, it does cause the "perpetual pump," and I did notice changes in my physique from using it. I believe Rob Thornton is \writing an article called "Just say no to NO."
Some people believe it can cause fibromalagia. search the "advanced theory and discussion board."

I'm interested in this kind of supplement as well, and most people have not reported any of the side effects that ReDiJeCt mentioned, although a few have. Given the serious nature of those side effects, I have chosen to wait until I read Robert Thoburn's article, which should be released shortly. There is also the issue of whether or not you will get anything more out of these products than a great pump. Most people say you will not get anything more than a "perpetual pump", but a few say that there may be some permanent benefits.
In my opinion, the more experienced members (high posters) on this board are very honest, intelligent people and have very little to gain (financially) from what they say. I would listen to them. By reading through some of the threads you'll see what I mean. I would, however, be wary of people who do not have many posts to their name, especially if they do not back up their claims with science and disrespect those that do.

Know your facts and dont judge until you research it yourself look at the links i posted or go to the new england journal of medicine one of the most recognized health sites their are and look up arginine or nitric acid.
I totaly agree nitric acid is an aswesome product. I can hook you up with some 3 molar nitric acid. trust me drink it and you will get HYOOOOGE!!! I mean its so cool, it will make your insides visable from the outside it so potent.

Now you just had to go and hurt my feelings like that. I mean I know I am not very smart. It has taken me years to accept the fact that I will never be as smart as most people. But ever since I saw that gump movie at the moving picture show, I have been able to take pride in my days riding the short bus. I even try to warn people not to listen to me thats why my member title is the village idiot. Please in the future dont call me dumn. If anything call me "dumb".
Are you saying that a Box of Chocolates is good for an endomorph?
BTW Spook, as per the other thread, be sure to hook him up with the Thorazine/Haldol stack too.

First, I'm new to this board, so hi everyone.
Second, this stuff gave me the most wicked headaches I've ever had. At first I thought it was a coincidence, but then I did a little experimentation. Sure enough, whenever I used the stuff.... The headaches got so bad on coninuous use that I really thought I had a tumor or something. 24 hours after discontinuing use of it, everything was fine. Never had a problem since.
Needless to say, I have 3/4 of a bottle of NO2 free to a good home.

I try nitrik oxide product many times. Contains lots arginine alpha-kekoglucacake. Take many grams many time. Nothing. Nothing. What me wrong? I miss someting?
Read big happy ads again. They say me get big muscles. Large. Lots of pump. Stay long time. I get excited again. I take more arginine alpha-keyholeglutafate. Thinking something happen. Wrong. Nothing. Make me very sad.
Want to learn more. So I do some research. Write big long book about NO. 100 pages. Lots of scientifik studies. Many references. Talk to NO researchers at Universities. They tell me ads are stupid. Dumb. They tell me I'm stupid. Big dummy. Arginine not do what I hope, what the ads promise me.
Girlfriend leave me. You love computer more than her. She say arginine stupid. YOU stupid. Dummy. Believing in ads is dumb. Not smart.
I miss her long time.
