So I started losing the fat and increasing the muscle. Evidently I have started doing it to fast. I now have strech marks on my arms, thighs and hips. Do any of you have recommendations for reducing the appearance without laser surgery?
cocoa butter works well on stretch marks as well as vitamin K. depending on the severity of the stretch marks, a topical lotion may work (as i mentioned) or you may have to go with lazer sugery (if the marks are severe)
