Puffiness has gone down a little bit I believe as far as the lump it still feels about the same.

I tried every single "gyno reversal protocol" that I could find lurking online, and while doing the Letro protocol like you are right now, I was feeling on my nips everyday to see what was going on for better or for worse and it NEVER got better, only hurt more and was itchy like you're saying.

Soon I said to hell with it and for about 3 weeks did not touch my nip or feel on it or anything, and that's when it shrunk down from an unbearable quarter sized lump to the pea size it is now that I can live with.

So from my experience, that's why I believe you shouldn't feel around the nip, it'll only make it worse it seems.

I've been on letro for going on 3 weeks. It's made my lump noticeably softer and it is starting to go away. Still got a little bit of a puffy nip but its going away.

In my honest opinion letro is the absolute worst way to try to treat gyno. So unhealthy and unnecessary.
Raloxifene - 60-80mg / day - there is your answer.

Letro treats gyno by lowering estrogen so low that the tissue can no longer survive as it requires estrogen present at the receptor site to survive and grow. The problem is what about everything else estrogen does that isnt bad?

Raloxifene blocks estrogen receptor in brest tissue more effectively than anything else. It does the same thing - causes the tissue to die - but in a much healthier and Id even say more effective manner. Not to mention it wont make you feel like shit or crush your sex drive.
