iam going on a 15 wk cycle and it looks like this
iam 20yrs 5'9 205lbs 15% bf
if this a well rounded cycle?? should i add anything ??
ialso have another ?? ive told to work my muscles to failure
dose this mean if iam doing bench and i do my 12 sets of 10 rps
at 185lbs and then i drop it down and down untill icant press the bar is this considerd working out till muscle failure???

Cytoplex is a decent MRP, but don't substitute that for food. Just add those to your meals for the extra calories & protein.
