Iam thinking about ordering this stuff called CYTOPLEX MEAL REPLACEMENT it suppose to let you loose weight without lossing mass it also gives you 41g of protien too if you have any knowledge about this please let me know thanx

how much is it. i figure most supp. companies over price their MRP's, and you can easily make you own with some peanut butter, dextrose, whey, milk, etc etc....why waste the money when you can make it yourself with more than 41g of protein if you want. Plus i know a lot of bros on this board like the N-large stuff.

probably N-large is like $50 for 30 servings i think...
or just make your own its not hard...dextrose and maltodextrin is cheap

you can order whey isolate, malto, dextro by the kilo and on some of their stuff you can order more than that at dicounted bulk prices.
