how do i take this stuff.I have some called Pregnyl it has a vial of powder and another of bact water do i mix these 2 togethor or what.what size needle do i use its measured in units not ml"s.

Combine the water with the powder.
Use a insulin needle to get dose amount and to administer intra-muscularily(sp?). Insulin needles are marked in IU not ml or cc.
