How much of each compound are you taking and for how long?
Usually 20mg of Nolvadex is a good amount to use once you start to notice gyno symptoms.

I don't recall your cycle experience. I'd say if you are planning on taking it throughout, just as a precaution, start with 10 to 20 mg/eod, and then up it if you notice any gyno symptoms.
