I am looking to put together a simple cycle.....i would like a little help from you guys since most of you are almost scientists in my eyes
I am 6' tall 220 lbs at 18% bf
I am not looking to be a bodybuilder and get massively huge.....I do MMA and would like to keep my weight close to what it is now except obviously with a lot lower BF......I want lean hard muscle and most importantly STRENGTH
I have also heard that some gear can affect your cardio and that is something i can't have either
Most of my workouts are X-fit and MMA styled workouts.......Thanks in advance
I have done cycles 8-12 years ago (3 or 4 mostly just uninformed use)..... the one that worked the best for me was a mix of deca and sust.....never did any pct or anything like that.....like i said mostly uninformed

Then the BEST cycle to loose weight and harden up arguably to keep it simple is to use a good name brand cut-mix
(50mg Tren Ace,50mg masteron, 50 mg Test Prop) along with 50mg Anavar a day for 5 weeks.
Use cut mic at 1ml 5 x a week for just 5-6 weeks along with the var for 5 w to 6 weeks and increase cardio and diet clean and you should RIP up Bro
Throw in 300 mg EQ a week and your cardio will improve. The tren in the cut mix will help with agression. Tren and mast and eq and var are all good for loosing weight getting hard and dieting
Its a no brainer bro but you MUST do an aromason or nolva/clomid pct bro!

Hey Bro,
1) EQ should HELP your cardio. EQ will NOT get you huge but will provide some lean mass providing you are dieting right. Eq is also a good aas for low cal dieting which brings me to my next point:
2) While maintaining your protein intake you need to increase cardio and decrease any empty calories you are currently taking in. In other words start a healthy diet geared at maintaining muscle while decreasing fat. This is not easy. No white bread or flour...no sugar snacks...no junk food...no eating after 9 pm...start drinking at least 10 glasses of water a day
I want to tell you to use some cut mix (test-prop, masteron, and tren-ace) but since you are a begginer I would rightfully be flamed lol
So...whats next? Hmmm....
Weeks 1-5 40 mgs a day of anavar ed
Weeks 1-2 and 4-5 a clen cycle,
Weeks 3-5 HCG at 500iu 2x a week
Weeks 6,7 aromason 50mg ed weel 6 25mgs a day week 7 (to help get ur natty test started) Do not use hcg during pct as it is counter productive at that point
This cycle is aimed only at loosing some BF Bro
You will have to diet strictly at the same time and increase cardio to 5 times a week for 45 minutes a pop each session for the five weeks.
Then you take three weeks off maintaining your diet and cardio and we will talk about getting you RIPPED Bro
Many will tell you that you absolutely HAVE TO include testosterone in EVERY cycle but this is not always true. Anavar is light enough to do solo IMO.
The hcg last couple weeks will get that test going
To be on the safe side you could use a light amount of testosterone-e say at 200mg a week and this is more than enough for full + androgen replacement although I personally do not feel you need it. The thing is...18% BODY FAT is a huge red flag. Id like to see you cut the BF down to maybe 14% or less before putting you on an inject cycle
THEN for YOUR goals
400mgs Test-e for 8 weeks
50 mg anavar weeks 1-5
hcg 2500 iu 2 x a week weeks 9
Aromason weeks 10 and 11 (or a traditional nolva/clomid pct) But aromason works VERY well and is underated by most for pct simply because they dont klnow about its remarkable ability to raise natty test levels.
For a longer cycle you can go 10 weeks with test but IMO first cycle should be 8 weeks so that you can enjoy a better second cycle of 10 weeks at 500mg + test-e JMO
First off thanks for responding and being real.......I have already started dialing in my diet and I could possibly have a slightly lower bf% already (not 14% though) I got tested 2 months ago.
For the clen cycle in weeks 1-2 and 4-5 how much and how often???
Also I failed to mention in my earlier posts that I have been tested and have a low test count.....it was 312

Are you wanting to cycle to cut up for season or are looking to cycle while maintaining weight in season? I think Bostonpauls got a good idea but tren can shred you up and harden you out, however it wreks havoc on your stamina. At least it did for me. Maybe with the EQ, it would balance it out though.

I just contacted one of my friends who is a MMA trainer down in vegas. I asked him to send some info regarding some of the guys cycles and stacks. When gets back to me I will forward it on to you. He's a very knowledgeable trainer so maybe he'll be able to shed some light on this subject.

Test prop tren although I've heard mixed things on tren and cardio I fight mma as well and recently just started bulking big time don't really care about bumping up weight classes plus a lot of weight is water and pretty easy to cut I'm at 170 ish right now and have no problem cutting to 155 granted I was fighting at 135 a lot of tournaments I've been hitting up are testing now though so maybe keep that in mind even a lot of jiu jitsu tournaments are testing or at least say it to scare u rose was talking about testing at nationals

Some compounds that would fit what your looking for would be Test prop, EQ, anavar, Primo. I'd shy away from the tren Cause it will most likely affect your cardio and intense style of training.
tren WILL slow down your cardio. I would not use it in your situation. test p, winny and var would be a good cycle for you.
