WOW guys, This has really imporved my stamina and my shape. I created a great diet system for me and my bro, we are the 2 big guys 😀 Well he weighed 375 and now he is down to 315! His body was 75+% fat. He really thanks me for what I did for him, I said 'Bro, I didn't create this system it was my other bros at FreakzOnline!, and I didn't do anything, it was you who did it!' as we were kicking it on the benches..

As for me, well I lost a great deal of fat, and gained a lot of bulkiness. I am still working out hard, and preforming my carido 3x better then I used to before! I am still in the process to eliminate more of my body fat so I can get quicker.

I'll update you in a month.. Spring Training already started a week ago and I am doing way better then last year already.

I OWE IT ALL TO YOU GUYS! THANKS!

wow... don't I feel like an ass... I just wrote out a nice long-ass post and then realized that I had re-iterated alot of stuff that had been posted on the 2nd page of replies that I hadn't even seen 🙁

Listen,talk to your parents about an eca stack.They should know just in case something were to go wrong.If the agree,DON'T go over recommended amount.Also,I am not trying to put you down,but you should have been trying to loose the weight along time ago.Quick diets are going to make you feel like crap and perform like crap.What good is it going to do to make your weight that fast and then not get played because of poor performance.It's like I've written before,everyone wants things now! Loose the weight slowly and think long term,not quick fix.Having said that, my heavyweight uses an Atkins type of diet during wrestling season to loose all the fat his moronic football coaches tell him to put on.It comes off pretty fast and he made it to State this year so it didn't hamper his performance.DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT A.S. at your age!!!!Like many have said,educate yourself,but at 15, you should think long term,a lifestyle change, not a temporary one!You have 4yrs of highschool football,don't blow it your 1st year.You also should find out what your strengths in football are.Don't try to be something your not cut out to be.6'3 is a tall running back,but a great height for tightend or defensive end,or even linebacker.Good luck and look at the next 4 yrs not the next 2-3 months!

Hey coachbigdog..... I think you didn't read the whole thread..... It started in 2001.... He took our advise which was revamp, long and slow and lose the weight over time.... NO AAS..... He's giving us an update now, 4 to 5 months later, about how well it's going....

First of all, there is no way you are going to lose 75 lbs in 3 months. That is an unrealistic goal. Maybe by next season 215. Keep it simple, diet. Anything that is manmade, dont eat it. ie. sugar, anything that comes in a box or can etc.. Training: cardio for now, vary your cardio training, do hills, sprints, long distance etc.. Weight training, 2-3 times a week, olympic style lifts, after football is over, you can take a more bodybuilding approach with diet and training. You are 15 stay away from ECA stacks, they dont mix(age, football and ECA stack). I know you want it now, but keep it real. good luck

F#@* 298 at 15!!! i barely weighed over half that (170) my senior year as the starting CENTER!

seriously bud, follow the advice these guys have layed out for you. the best thing for you now is to watch your diet and excercise program. you dont' need to add anything like ECA or any kind of juice. you should have plenty of natural test in your body at that age.

cut out the sugars/sodas/candy/ice cream/etc... its all worthless. try to consume 300-400 grams of protein /day. i was AMAZED at what happened to my body once i discovered this "secret." i got my protein intake up and it was like fat was turning into muscle.

its not going to happen over night, but if you stay dedicated you're gonna be a freaking animal on the football field in the next couple years
