Guys I am looking for a GOOD OTC fat burner. I have a female friend who is going to hold of on clen for right now. Has anyone had any success with anything new out there? I have not used one in so long b/c I am very lean as it is so I have been out of the loop.
OR, should she just stick with an ECA stack. Can you still buy ephedra anywhere? If she does go this route instead of something OTC, what amounts are good for a female age 37 5'6 140 for an ECA and how long should she stay on?

You can make your own ECA and ECY stacks. I don't know if they have any all in one pills that give you the right amounts, but you can get all the components seperately. Do a search on some sites and google, you will find them.

ECA stacks are legal again, and they are not that hard to find. Go to any supplement store, not a chain like GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, etc. Lipodrene is a good stack. Before this woman gets on any stimulant, check the diet and timing of meals in comparison to the times of workouts.

To further answer your questions, she can stay on an ECA stack for around 16 weeks. You can stay on longer, but it really isn't necessary or recommended. The max amount of ephedra per day for a woman should be around 120-150 mg. The 120 mg is pushing the limits, and 150 is hanging on the edge. Her heart, cholesterol levels, and diet are really in need of being checked. Her water intake, stress levels, and amount of sleep are also variables. The amount of caffeine should be no more than 800 mg to 1 gram per day. Aspirin should be no more than 120 mg.
Keep in mind that the stimulants help, but they are no magic thing. Her diet and timing is crucial.

Can you still buy ephedra? Not ephedrine real ephedra?

try hydroxycut hardcore. I've been usin that stuff for 7 weeks I still have 2 more to go but so far so good stack with the clen and it'll be better. eca stack are great tho. kinda up to you

For someone who works out for 2 hours a day 4-5 days a week with at least 45 minutes of cardio and decent eating habbits... I have to know, are there any fat loss sups out there that would really be effective alongside this?

I love amp....however I have ahard time believing they help in anyway other than giving me energy in the gym for more intense workouts

this stuff is pretty good! I am taking it too bro! The cool thing is that it makes my poo turn magenta in color because of the pills. My poo turns out the same color as the Hydroxycut! PARTY!
